So we got back from Vermont, it wasn't what I expected, it was sooooooo much cooler. Well first off, it was just fun to hang out with girls for once! Then there was the YARN....I can't say enough good things about all the yarns...*sigh* I came out of it with some sock yarn, one skank (skein hank) on a theme of green and blue and another on theme of purple, pink and brown-ish colors. I know the last one sounds a bit odd as a color combo, but omg, it's sooooooooo gorgeous. Oh, I also came back with a little more than a pound of a gorgeous sea-green/turquoise thing of Falkland wool. I have to thank the ladies from the knitting thing for helping me to pick out such a lovely color. You may think that's a lot of yarn but oh wait! I also got some green, blue and natural grey wool/angora from a really nice lady, it's going to be a pair of mittens for the Joel. So that's about that, I'll spare you the whole breakfast at Denny's, shopping on Church St. stuff, but I will say this, I like Vermont, it's a nice place!
